The Yorkshire & Humber public sector construction hub, YORhub, has just published adverts for two new YORbuild3 Medium Works frameworks. The frameworks – one covering the YORhub east region led by East Riding of Yorkshire Council, and the second covering the west region led by Leeds City Council – will complement the existing YORbuild Major Works framework launched last year.
The YORbuild3 frameworks each comprise two lots: lot 1 for new build and refurbishment works valued between £4 million and £10 million, and lot 2 for new housing over 25 units. Twelve contractors are to be appointed to each lot.
Tenders are to be returned in mid-September 2021 and framework award is expected by early 2022.
